“Kiwanis Needs Kids”

Our Mission

Kiwanis is a global organization dedicated to improve the world one child one community at a time.

Local Efforts: Kiwanis Club of Greater Brandon

The Kiwanis Club of Greater Brandon, Florida was established in May 1960 and continues today to serve the Greater Brandon community, especially its children.  We currently sponsor over a dozen programs and provide support to additional charitable organizations within the Brandon Community with the same goal and mission as ourselves—serving the youth of our community.

Members of every age attend regular meetings, experience fellowship, raise funds for various causes, and participate in service projects that help their communities. Professionals who join the Kiwanis Club of Greater Brandon and attend regular meetings are also afforded the excellent opportunity of networking—meeting and conversing with other members, guest speakers, and taking part in our social events and service projects.

Since its inception, the Kiwanis Club of Greater Brandon has served over 100,000 residents in our community and provided over $2 million to support local charities and improving our community through our many programs and volunteer efforts.
