Kiwanians serve the Greater Brandon community through numerous community programs. They believe in service to the community—giving back to make the world around them a better place.

Our members and volunteers are especially passionate about making an impact in the lives of our community’s children—our future. We also perform service actions to improve our community in other ways and provide support to other residents.

There are many ways you can make the Kiwanis Club of Greater Brandon even better—and it all starts with getting involved. Become a member, encourage others to join with you, donate, volunteer, support our programs, and tell others about us and what we do for our community.

Become a Member

We are always looking for new members to join our club and help us make an impact in the Brandon community! If you are interested in becoming a member, please feel free to join us at our next regular meeting or contact our Club President at president@brandonkiwanis.org.

Club Meetings

Our club meets every 1st and 3rd Thursday at 8:15 am at The Bridges across from Winthrop Plaza in Riverview.  We also host a social meeting on the 2nd Thursday in lieu of our regular meeting at various restaurants throughout the area at 6:30 pm.  Our club has speakers from the local area and beyond to share information, organizations, happenings, and events.  Newcomers and visitors are always welcome.

Donate

We are able to do the things we love doing because of the corporate and private support given by those in our community. Donations and event sponsorship help us to purchase supplies needed to keep our programs alive and growing. They also help us support other local charities doing good in your neighborhood and reward our volunteers as well as those dedicated to helping children—like teachers, principals, and guidance counselors.

Volunteer & Support Our Programs

Time is one of the most valuable things you can give to your community, and we can help you put it to good use. We need adult volunteers to help manage and support many of our programs, and we have several opportunities for kids and teens to give back by joining and volunteering through the Key Club and K-Kids Club at their school. We encourage those interested in volunteering to reach out to us by calling, attending a meeting, or emailing our Club President at president@brandonkiwanis.org.
