Our Key Club members come from many of the local high schools and provide their time and dedication by performing acts of service in their community. To honor those who focus on giving back, we offer several scholarship opportunities and connect our Key Club members with many more.

Each year, Key Club members submit applications for Kiwanis-sponsored scholarship opportunities. Scholarship recipients are selected and awarded based on need, high grades, having outstanding character, volunteerism and leadership, and displayed work ethic. Applicants must be a member of one of our sponsored Key Clubs. Scholarship awards are not guaranteed. All Scholarship Applications need to be submitted by March 15th each year.

Scholarships are awarded to students during our annual Scholarship Awards Luncheon. During the luncheon, students and their attending family members are able to meet with members and hear from the Club’s mentors, counselors, and teachers who have been influential in the student’s life and service activities.

Students interested in becoming a Key Club member can reach out to the administrators at their school or Kiwanis Club of Greater Brandon for club availability and information. Current Key Club members looking for scholarship opportunities should speak with their corresponding Kiwanis advisor.
